> **Pros**: Web based, can access from any device.  The ability to add photos to case.

> **Cons**: To many screens to complete simple citation. When updates are done it changes things we did not ask to be changed and takes forever to get it reversed.

> This could be a great tool for writing parking citations with minor fixes. At first they were very helpful, now we wait months to get bug fixes.

The option to open more than one case at a time.

Between Agency's items are not in the same place.

I was skeptical about the move to Comcate.
It is a work in progress. 
Fine tuning needed.
