> **Pros**: The best part of WebGrants was that it was closed system - users had to register for our system. We could partition different grant programs as well. This created a nice little bubble for each program. There were a lot of features and could get everything we needed in the applications and supporting forms.

> **Cons**: There were no product updates. We used webgrants for 5 years but nothing changed. We didn't get much in terms of service and updates.
> 
> It wasn't a bad partnership. I wish we could have continued our contract. However, webgrants decided not to re-bid.
