They go above and beyond by proactively setting up meetings to walk us through tasks, which makes a real difference for our team. As our company continues to grow and the platform evolves, we feel that more structured and regular training sessions would be beneficial — particularly for onboarding new employees and keeping existing users up to date with new features and changes. On the technical side, we have noticed recently that the approval process has become slower than usual. When reviewing expenses or reports, we often need to continuously refresh the page to load each item, which impacts efficiency.
