> **Pros**: I found one advantage of ProEst to be that it links digital takeoffs to the estimating feature. I can also measure blueprints on screen and see the respective quantities reflected on my cost estimate even as the auto calculation feature spares me the cumbersome movement between tools.

> **Cons**: I had a problem when working with the layers and using some shortcuts: some of the files I tried to measure or open blurred and I lost some time waiting for it to load. They impacted me while working with larger blueprint files which contain multiple trade layers.
