The UI is clean, and managing products, orders, and payments is pretty straightforward. What worked really well for us is how smoothly it integrates with other systems — we’re using it with NetSuite via Celigo, and that has helped automate a lot of our order and customer data flow. It saves a lot of manual work once everything is set up properly. While the basics are easy, more advanced customization isn’t very straightforward and often needs developer support.
