Some of the frustration experience may just be coming from lack of basic troubleshooting knowledge around the application, but it seems as though once you've troubleshot logs, there isn't much left to do except contact support for next steps. Design and layout of software folder structure is confusing and unintuitive. Had to take several screenshots of file paths just to remember how to perform basic troubleshooting steps in the future without professional support. > > Overall, the software works, support is well done, they are able to resolve almost every issue I've sent their way. Very knowledgeable and courteous team at Biscom. We have the 24/7 support license so there is always someone to speak to.
