Better control of projects in an optimal way
Comments: I have been using it for over a year for free and decided to purchase a plan because it became essential for me.
Pros:
I like its simple style, very modern friendly colors. It allows me to organize myself as I like and is easy to use. Also the price if only one person uses it is 0, and if more than one person uses it, the price is low.
Cons:
It leads to limitations in complex projects, even for the most advanced plans, so it is recommended for small and medium-sized companies or large companies in areas that do not require a lot of information processing.

Excellent cloud-based document and project management tool
Comments: Simple GANTT-based scheduler with the ability to create forward-calculating schedule templates. Colleagues are reminded of upcoming deadlines and have the option to set benchmarks. It's possible, though time-consuming, to generate reports.
Pros:
It's quite user-friendly.I use it all the time for my projects because it's so simple to work with. I've experimented with all of the included functions, and if I ever get lost, I just reach out to customer support for help.
Cons:
Making the reports I require is a huge hassle. The database's ability to retrieve and organize data already in existence is inadequate. Creating my reports probably took me between fifty and sixty hours.

It does the job but the experience is lacking
Comments: It's has worked really well to extend our internal tooling with extra capabilities due to its API.
Pros:
It works well and integrates well with our internal bespoke tooling. Time tracking is rather simple and easy to implement for large teams
Cons:
The UI is clunky, features are hard to spot and the frontend can overall use work to be on par with today's standard of tools.

Comments: With the SaaS solution Smartsheet, we've been able to build robust, individualized dashboards and perform integrations and data collecting from a single or several databases connected to customer relationship management tools like Jira and Salesforce. The ability to design individualized forms for content filtering has proved invaluable, as has the incorporation of features such as comments, reminders, attachments, and optimizations.
Pros:
Every aspect of our sales activities is immediately managed through Smartsheet. Smartsheet serves as a central hub for all customer data entry for both our in-house and external marketing teams.
Cons:
The customer service has a lot to be desired, with slow response times and ineffectiveness even when dealing with simple issues. There are a variety of aspects that might affect the overall usability, including visibility and user experience.
Alternatives Considered:
Smartsheet is a lifesaver for remote collaboration
Comments: We love using Smartsheet to boost our remote collaboration environment. It offers easy-to-manage project management, and a ton of secondary products/modules for collaborative work and document management.
Pros:
Its sheer versatility is the best thing about it in my opinion. It's got all kinds of different modules and views for a lot of things beside project management, like ideation, spreadsheets, doc management, etc. It's great to have all these related functions under one roof
Cons:
It's been a bit difficult to onboard all of our departments with it at first. It would be good to have the interface simplified a bit more
