> **Pros**: The overall efficiency of quantum is what drives me to not only continue using it but also suggesting it to colleagues thanks to the efficiency, clearness, speed and reliability as a program.

> **Cons**: Minor issues that can cause crashes are inconvenient, otherwise any other issues are related to internal backend needs to push info.
> 
> Compared to other programs used in a similar capacity, Quantum has been by far the best with integration, efficiency and usage across the entire team from the top down.

> **Cons**: It is easy to use, but at the same time their is a lot that you don't get to learn. I think in our company we are only using like 40% of what component control is capable to do. Yes you have the training but is expensive.
