It has also helped reduce errors and improved confidence during audits and reconciliations.

The installed package contains locked-down flows, Apex classes, and process builders that have errors, but cannot be modified by admins. I’ve escalated to both our Account Manager and Customer Success Manager, only to be sent back to the TAM team, creating a frustrating cycle with no real solutions.&#10;&#10;If you’re looking for a partner who can actually troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce integration issues, look elsewhere.
