> **Pros**: Tiered wholesale pricing was the main draw in 2007 and 2023. But the sacrifice you make to be on this platform with such poor service is unbelievable.

> **Cons**: The executive management is hostile. The development manager needs training on content vs data. But mainly, the platform is outdated, tired, outdated, and horrible with broken APIs not updated for years and years. I received a $6,000 credit after they couldn't get my website fully live for 11 weeks due to integration they could not understand with USPS APIs. I actually had to instruct them how to work with the API and what fields were being used for the last several years, aka an major functional update from USPS they ignored.

> As an existing client of NetSource, I was tired of the repetitive and hostile incompetent interactions with unqualified and untrained employees, especially the development manager. Netsource lacks understanding of industry standard practices for SDLC, software development lifecycle, and QA. There is a reason that ProductCart programmers are few and far between – the product is poor and old, so be prepared for inflated and outrageous quotes. The final straw (or blessing) was a NetSource PS agreement to copy the contents of my existing website over to my new URL. For over three months we argued about "definition of done", making no progress. The dev manager argued that my entire homepage was "data" not "content". It was entirely content and no data. In March, the PS project mgr finally looked at the dev site and agreed the site content wasn't implemented. In additon, Netsource quoted work double and triple charging for work completed two years ago that was a copy and paste. Thery wanted $15K for what we developed on Squarespace for $2K. Then Netsource had another $5K estimated to change the font in the email handler to something from this century. Overall, its an embarassing product with hostile staff.
