> **Cons**: The lag in all our devices, including iPads and other devices when connected. The cost for the service was high compared to other companies. It was a little complicated with a few extra steps to connect and disconnect the VPN. Many commonly used programs and websites would lag or not work when the VPN was connected.

> The product was not that great compared to its competitors for the same or less price. We were able to switch to another company and found it to be better while paying the same. All the VPN services we have used have all had some issue or another, but this company by far had the most issues for us.

> **Cons**: Buying a program and renewing a license or moving it to a new machine has been made absurd. E-commerce and payment transactions take place through an intermediary who really can't do things right. Every time you need to make changes to the licenses or download the application to a new machine, you have to spend a lot of time. In this respect, the worst of software that I have purchased.

> Change your broker or online store for ease of use. The current is starting to be an obstacle to buying.

> **Pros**: What is not to like? High end VPN, many virtual locations, unlimited bandwidth, easy of use, trusted provider.  Blocks all tracking cookies as well. Noone can track you online.

> **Cons**: Generally speaking, everything is fine and working well. If I try to find something, maybe installation on the mobile device (smartphone) is a bit different (more complicated?) than on a PC or Mac but nothing an average user can't do.
> 
> Personally, I think that VPN is a mandatory for anyone working away from the office. People are connecting on new or unknown hotspots without VPN resulting in loss of data, stolen data, infections etc. F-Secure VPN helps me be and stay safe.
