Some reporting widgets can't be broken down into more detailed information, and there are times when the backend logic is a bit confusing. The few improvements I'd still like to see, such as more flexibility with filters and dashboard customization, would simply enhance an already strong platform rather than address major issues. The only other consideration is cost. Management has noted that the platform is on the more expensive side and there are several additional fees for features and services that can increase the overall cost.
