> **Pros**: Docova was quickly and easily customized to line up with our processes and directly relates to our Business Objectives. Even our Customer facing Loyalty offering.

> **Cons**: Choose the right browser and there are no issues with Docova. We did experience issues related to automatic browser updates.  This has never been a issue after switching browsers for Docova.
