Comments: Very positive overall. Used O365 since it was in Beta. I love how licensing is easier and the various products merge together.

Pros:

Simple solution for email and nearly every business application.

Cons:

It's a Microsoft product, you have to play by their rules.

I Prefer Google

3.0 4 weeks ago New

Comments: Overall, I am not a fan and dread having to use it for work rather than Google. It is not user-friendly, is difficult to customize and navigate, and seems more "clunky" compared to other workspaces.

Pros:

It is familiar and what I grew up using in school. It was also robust in the various programs.

Cons:

The removal of Publisher, the document formatting in Word (or lack thereof), the frequent inefficient updates, Microsoft Teams, the cost.

Alternatives Considered:

Microsoft 365 is a great platform but a lot of limitations and additional costs

5.0 4 months ago

Pros:

Microsoft 365 provides a wide range of tools that are ideal for professionals and businesses.

Cons:

Microsoft 365 is limited to 1TB of storage which is very low in a world where the high quality files are bigger than ever. You can buy additionnal storage space but be ready to spend a lot of money because Microsoft likes to bill a lot on additional feature. Also, the licensing for Microsoft 365 is extremely complex to understand and you can easily make mistake when choosing licensing, therefore be careful and ask professionals before buying a license.

A good all in one business product

5.0 2 months ago New

Comments: Happy with subscription so far but haven't explored all the offerings so far.

Pros:

Range of products available within the subscription including email, word processing, planning, note-taking etc plus online storage Additional security features within business premium subscription Good customer support available

Cons:

Hard to work out which products will be most helpful to my needs Setting up security features correctly is quite complex although their technical support have been helpful
