> We use this in 3 of our resorts currently with plans to roll out to the rest in the near future.  From installation through continued use, the customer support is outstanding.  The availability of 24/7/365 support to the guest takes a load off of IT's plate in having to support this as well at all hours of the day or night.  

Additionally, the ability to BYOD (bring your own device) is very nice, and allows us to purchase hardware competitively and keep in budget.
