Ease of Task Management

Comments: Would highly recommend this product to others! I've used FreshService and didn't like it nearly as much as I like Basecamp. Basecamp is intuitive, easy to learn, easy to use, and helps in daily task management.

Pros:

I love that I always have a record of the work I have accomplished - when we go back at the end of the month or fiscal year for reviews and for records of when items were completed, it's so helpful to have easy to access documentation to review.

Cons:

Best use for Management

5.0 10 months ago

Comments: My Overall Experience using basecamp is good. It is my daily activity to update my basecamp tasks so that everybody in the team would know about the update on the task.
Manager would check the update and will check the basecamp and if he/she find the task is updated with all the requirement they close the task which is best satifaction moment like "this is complete to do" something like this

Pros:

Simplicity to use the project. It is very easy to use and from day one you can learn how to use this. It provided every morning notification mail on all the updates of the basecamp task. Its due date feature help to check the date prior which we have to complete the task

Cons:

To be honest i did not find any cons about basecamp its simple to use and provide notifications according. Only one thing i like less is i am not able to resize the picture which i paste on my basecamp task i think basecamp should work on that

Basecamp makes project management simpler and easier

The platform is not too complicated, and has all of the functions needed to manage projects. The do list function allows me to map out the entire project, and follow progress throughout. Equally, with the template function, it means that creating a new project can be done very quickly.

Cons:

Perhaps there could be more updates with added functionality.

Basecamp - Project Management Review

4.0 last year

Comments: Easy software to use, and the whole team was trained up within the day on it. Keeps track of tasks and you can also flick between tasks easy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone working in projects or doing any form of teamwork on a task.

Pros:

Ease of use to collaborate with my team on any legal case or project. You can upload documents and track progress with ease and it has kept us all organised and doesn’t take up too much time to input any data.

Cons:

Reporting back is slightly trickier so we normally switch back to emails to report back or have phone calls. It’s more useful for task management.
