> I have used RMS since 2005 and think it is the most user friendley  program I have used. I have been the real estate rental business since 1979, from handling cleaning crews, maintenance as well as my main job as bookkeeper and this software is the easiest I have had.  The on-site programmers have helped me with any problems I have had. The best thing is they are on site and in the United States and not overseas.  They have written programs just for us to accommolate our needs.
