Showed 1 year of domain registration during transfer process as discounted from usual price of USD$18 to USD$1. But didn't renew the domain, and charged USD$1 for nothing. Emailed invoice shows domainname.tld 1 year $0.00 and USD$1 for one year of transfer (as if that's a product anywhere on the internet without renewal; it's not). Support refuse to address the 1 year domainname.tld product on the invoice.
