How customizable it is. Having it driven by javascript really opens up a world of possibilities for automating and customizing forms. 2. Usually the reply is quick but it is usally around 24 hours later. Our business in logistics is a24x7 business so at least having a acknowledgement and update available sooner would be great. Plumsail has the best support, we have multiple software’s that we use and subscribe to, but no support comes anywhere close to what Plumsail offers.
