> We switched from signing a physical card to digital during covid. Have been using Ellacard since 2020 for employee recognition /staff milestone anniversaries. The options and controls are great as are the ability to add company branding. So much quicker and easier to get everyone to sign \& I love that i can check who has signed and who hasnt then chase them up with a reminder. There are loads of different card designs and occasions to choose from

The site continually evolves and improves offerings, and the customer service is incredibly fast and responsive. I appreciate the ease of use with the site and the flexibility offered in customizing what works best for my needs at any given time. Recipients express a lot of gratitude, and I've had many people within my organization ask about using the site for their own units. In a time when we're asked to do more with less, Ellacard has been my favorite tool to show gratitude, recognition, compassion, and more.

> **Cons**: I wish the business option were a bit more affordable. I use cards to welcome new hires, but the messages are regularly routed to their spam folders. If I could send from my work email address, I think that issue would resolve. While I primarily use my account for work, I fund it myself because it's important to me to have this tool as part of creating a fun, caring, positive environment for my employees.

One thing I've done is make a fun "e-brochure" to assist with onboarding. While HR sends a wall of text, not everyone responds well to that format, so that's where my step-by-step guide, complete with links, animations, photos, and instructions comes in. I've seen an improvement in onboarding times since implementing the e-card, and I look forward to innovating more ways to improve processes in the future.

Maybe more revolving card choices? Or customization options as far as card fronts go?
