> **Pros**: Double has saved us so much time by helping us communicate with our clients.  No more emails back and forth where the client only answers 2 out of the 8 questions you asked.  Double keeps all your questions on a list so the unanswered ones stay open.  The dashboard also gives you a simple overview on where all your clients are within the month end close.

> **Cons**: Double has so many things that it does, it is sometimes overwhelming on where to start.  I have found that if you choose just one or two things that Double can help you with, it is worth the fee.  Then you can add additional features as your confidence grows.

I love having one place for client communication, document request, secure storage, and recurring close tasks. I really appreciate the built-in W-9 request and 1099 preparation features, which help simplify year-end compliance and save a significant amount of administrative time. Since implementing Double, I've significantly reduced email back-and-forth, improved organization, and ensured nothing gets missed. My clients also respond to outstanding questions much more quickly now that everything is in one place.

An integration with my CRM (AccountGroove) would also be a huge plus. Double has a lot of functionality, and I'm sure there are features I haven't fully explored yet.
