The platform is easy to use for both course setup and learner navigation of content. The content builder allows straightforward creation of assessments, quizzes, and supporting materials, which can be structured clearly around required VET knowledge outcomes.  
The interface is clean and modern, which helps learners focus on the task rather than the system itself.
A major strength is course and student progress management. WorkPlan provides real-time tracking, dashboards, and reporting, making it easy to monitor completion and identify gaps.  
This is particularly useful in a compliance-driven environment where evidence of completion is essential.
WorkPlan offers solid value, and their customer support over many years has been consistently responsive and helpful.
