The CEWE Service Bot has grown into a highly complex and versatile bot that makes life easier for our customers thanks to our own development with the support of botario. What we value: 1. honest and technically sound advice / 2. a versatile and open platform / 3. contact at eye level and / 4. flexibility for extensions and wishes. This is a platform you can get deep into and have many options. The underlying RASA stack is a beast, which needs to be acted upon. Dialogue is done AI-based, which means self-paced conversation development. Those who want simple click-bots without much programming experience and have no interest in independent development will also find what they are looking for here, but may be better served with some out-of-the-box solutions.
