What that works out to in practice: one person running Inventory pays $99/month. A 10-person team running Inventory and Sales pays $278/month. A 25-person team running Inventory, Sales, Appointments and Surveys pays $536/month. A single seat with Appointments or Surveys alone starts at $49/month.

Every subscription includes a 30-day free trial. A card is collected at checkout and is first charged when the trial ends; cancel before then and there is no charge. The largest published tier is 50 seats and 10 locations; larger deployments and custom contracts are available on request.

> **Pros**: Kn\[owl\]edge allows us to accurately track our inventory and know exactly what we have in real time.  It has made us more efficient and saved us money.  The customer service is top-notch and the company has been willing to incorporate suggestions we've had into the user interface, making it more adaptable to our organization. Reporting capabilities and customizable fields add to the flexibility of the software.
