> **Pros**: They provide a solution/service that is easy to use, easy to understand and they are constantly taking feedback to make it better. Their support is fantastic and their leadership is experienced and constantly looking for ways to provide a better product for their customers.

> **Cons**: Access to historical data in some contexts could use some improvement. However, I've consistently seen them methodically work towards improving the experience and I'm confident they are working towards addressing any concerns I have about the solution.
