Comments: My general user experience is very good. I also see the ongoing development as very positive. Nevertheless, I keep asking myself how long our people will continue to keep up with the flood of information about all the services and providers and how long Superchat will have a future.
Pros:
The easy handling, the multi-channeling and the very good UI
Cons:
There's nothing I don't like so far, if anything that there isn't a real iPad appr
Great Support and API Docu
Pros:
Great support. Whether it's simple or complex questions about the API, assistance is always provided. The explanation of the help texts is comprehensible and always friendly. Especially convenient is the support accessible via WhatsApp, which adds a more personal and close touch to the whole experience. The API documentation is very detailed and well-structured. The JSON code can be understood immediately. Can only recommend it to everyone. Keep up the good work!
Cons:
The API is expandable, but the team is already working on further development. The goals are clearly defined.

Super-fast communication with templates. Easy handling.

Currently the missing integrations and automations. But this is currently being published.

- schnelle & einfache Kunden-Kommunikation über fertige Vorlagen- alles in einem (Mail, WhatsApp & interne Kommunikation)- freundlicher & hilfsbereiter Support (lieben Dank an Oliver)
Cons:
Am Anfang ist man skeptisch auf Grund der Umstellung und Einrichtung (wenn man aber dran bleibt lohnt es sich - man kann sich ein Arbeitsalltag ohne Superchat nicht mehr vorstellen).Allgemein gibt es also eigentlich gar nichts Negatives :)
Next Level Kommunikation
Pros:
Automatische Nachrichten an Neukunden verschicken und über die Nachrichten Vorlagen (mit Antwort Buttons!) Konnten wir unsere Kunden Kommunikation revolutionieren.
Cons:
Die Wiedervorlagefunktion ist wirklich super, das einzige was manchmal nervt ist wenn ein Kunde noch mal antwortet und ich dann erneut Tag und Uhrzeit einstellen muss, wann ich wieder mit dem Kunden in Kontakt treten möchte.
