> **Pros**: First off, I would like to say that I have been a CommonSKU user for 6+ years. I find it to be a great tool for collaboration for all aspects of our team. I am in sales and business development. My operations team can go into any order and see where we are in at in the sales cycle. CommonSKU also plays a large part of keeping my notes and orders all in one place and leverage it daily for follow ups and prospecting new clients and orders for existing clients.

> **Cons**: We are a member of Promo EQP. I would like to see a filter for buying group memberships integrated into the search. I currently use Sage for my product searches, because the functionality is baked into the system. I would like to see that option in CommonSKU.

> Overall CommonSKU is our essential one stop for truth when it comes to client acquisition/retention, ordering, operations and billing. My advice to anyone looking to use this tool is to use it with purpose. Keep client notes and use it daily and share them with your team. It's my accountability partner.
