Once signed up you can’t even log into your account if you cancel your subscription so temporarily freezing is the only way to maintain this access. > > Intended to cancel my subscription realised I would then have to essentially delete my account. Spoke to support and they agreed to freeze my account so I could still log in. Found out months later I had been getting drained a monthly subscription fee - all emails that could have informed me went straight to my spam. And still keep taking money. I have to lodge formal complaint against this scam company with bank and fraud agencies.
