For instance — a few days late on payments? All of your account services will be individually disabled, requiring hours of setup time to re-enable. For a small agency, this is unforgivable — we don't always have time to read our emails, and after 12+ years of loyalty, it's sad to realize that not only is our business not important to them, they'd be happy to see us fail if it means a few more pennies. Whatever happened to customer appreciation? What about 10 years of supporting their business faithfully? Sorry pal.... it's the rules. It's a big club and you ain't in it. After 10+ years of loyalty, if we need a few weeks to square up with them, they are happy to comply, because they realize that running a small agency can be a precarious undertaking.
