> **Pros**: Nothing, it is not user friendly, they do upgrades without testing the software leaving you without an accounting package at month end as they try and sort out the issue. My invoices are a week overdue and I am unable to download or amend any existing invoices since their "improvement". It takes 48 hours for anyone to respond to an email and then their fix still does not work, they should have whatsapp functionality so you can sort real time. Not worth the money\!\!\!

> **Pros**: This was a life saver for me to stumble across and try. I was an unorganised mess and had to figure out a solution quickly. That's when I found BizXpert and got it together. I was able to keep all of my contacts in one place. Separate my bids from current work orders and keep track of incoming and outgoing invoices as well as supplies.

> **Cons**: It wasn't the easiest thing in the world to figure out. However , I think it was just the right amount of , " I got your attention " mixed with " You better figure it out" to keep me going with it.
