> **Pros**: Abbiamo iniziato a usare Vikey da poco ma ci sempre un ottimo alleato. La configurazione ha richiesto un po' di tempo ma adesso sempre funzionare tutto alla perfezione\!

> **Cons**: L'automazione è la parte che prelidigiamo. Una volta configurato il sistema, invia Vikey i messaggi ai clienti, riscuote la tassa di soggiorno, invia le statistiche, completa l'autenticazione per le autorità competenti tutto in completa autonomia.

> **Cons**: Assistenza clienti quasi mai raggiungibile telefonicamente, risposte ai ticket non sempre pertinenti, formazione all'utilizzo del software e dell'applicativo inadeguata o molto carente, area commerciale non sempre adeguata alle circostanze (ad esempio, una volta mi è stato promesso uno sconto per colmare un'inefficienza di Vikey e in un secondo momento è stata ritirata e non rispettata).

> Utilizzo Vikey tutti i i giorni per alcune strutture in gestione alla mia società. Credevo di aver trovato finalmente una soluzione definitiva, ma le carenze sono importanti. Al momento, non si sono registrate importanti inefficienze tecniche, ma solo amministrative, commerciali e di assistenza (che non sono da poco). Sto ancora testando l'efficienza globale del servizio, in quanto le istallazioni sono avvenute negli ultimi mesi e spero di non andare inncontro a grandi problemi, perché al momento le premesse non sono state delle migliori.

> **Cons**: Piattaforma lesiva della privacy tramite cui si è OBBLIGATI a fornire dei dati sensibili quali le proprie generalità, foto della carta d'identità e addirittura selfie con la carta d'identità in mano\! Cosa assurda MAI vista prima d'ora (e parlo da genius liv. 2 di Booking, quindi evidentemente qualche viaggio lo faccio\!), nemmeno vivessimo in uno stato di polizia....Ciò è ancora più assurdo soprattutto se si prenota tramite Booking e non con Airbnb, il che potrebbe essere diverso poichè quest'ultimo sito effettivamente prevede delle regole più stringenti per i guest. E a parte la palese lesione della privacy, il fastidio e la conseguente perdita di tempo nell'espletare tutte queste procedure da loro richieste, chissà cosa dovranno farci con le foto delle carte d'identità e del proprio volto una volta che le hanno acquisite?? A mio avviso non è assolutamente sicura come cosa...
