Customer Service is prompt and very helpful, finding easy work arounds when possible.

> **Cons**: Not able to approve Credit Memos in Routable - not a deal breaker for me as I have very few.
Needing to pay more for transactions over $100.000.00. This also wasn't a deal breaker, I only have 1 of these every 2 weeks and we email that for approval rather than submit through Routable

> Very enjoyable, I onboarded in 3 months with a few hiccups along the way but still met my goal of an Apr 1 fully onboard during my audit. Don't recommend that but I was determined to get off my old software. Routable has it's quirks, but they are easily worked around once you get used to them. Customer Service and the people assigned to onboard are very helpful.

> **Pros**: Routable offered an easy way to tackle our most difficult payment challenge. We were able to bulk create player payments and deliver them electronically to a diverse group of recipients. The integration with our accounting system and the API access have also provided us with flexibility in our approach.

> **Cons**: There are still improvements needed in reporting and some of the recent changes in the user interface have felt like a step backward. None of this has impacted the overall value of the product significantly but we hope for improvement in both areas.
> 
> The overall experience with Routable has been very good. We have been particularly happy with their customer support and hope they continue to provide the service we have come to expect as they inevitably grow in the coming years.

-Can pay international contractors without going through any hoops
-Accounts payable is so much faster\! 
-All contractor tax forms are handled automatically
-Integrates with QuickBooks so I don't have to update it manually

I can pay vendors worldwide without jumping through hoops knowing that the payments will arrive on time. Plus, the tax forms being handled for me is such a huge convenience. 

Routable cut down the time spent on AP significantly. What used to take me a few hours is now cut down to minutes knowing I can make lots of payments that are accurate and synced to QBO.

> **Pros**: I like that Routable saves me so much time when it comes to Accounts Payable. It takes a 12 step process down to 4 steps. It is wonderful\! I no longer need to use multiple sites to simply enter a bill and then make the payment - Routable does it all for me\!

> **Cons**: I have a few user interface changes I wouldn't mind to tweak but thats about it. The fact that it is so simple and takes the grunt work out of AP alone is enough for me to overlook small aspects.

> I have been using Routable for a year now, and it is the best (in my opinion) AP platform by far. I haven't used it for AR or other features, but excited for the end of year 1099 filing. Their added in tax information system, should make gathering W9s less manual than Bill.com, and it is WAY better than manually entering in bills. Highly recommend if you have Quickbooks get Routable.
