> **Pros**: Pratico e intuitivo, consente di ottimizzare la gestione delle pratiche tramite l'ausilio di modelli di autocomposizione, la pianificazione e il controllo dell'attività, nonché di standardizzare le procedure di lavoro. Permette di ripartire l'attività tra più collaboratori in base alle diverse fasi di lavoro, nonché di organizzare dati/documenti in modo da poterli avere sempre a portata di mano. Si integra perfettamente con il pacchetto office (word, excel...). Dinamico e di facile utilizzo, può essere personalizzato in modo autonomo senza dover ricorrere ad alcuna assistenza.
