> At times your representative is hard to get a hold of or will reply the following week. Theres no teaching opportunities for certain services, only the option to pay them to do it. Cannot switch representatives if you wish to do so. Did not feel as listened to with \[sensitive content hidden\] , more so like she listened to respond not reallu understand.

> **Pros**: What I liked most about GEOH is that they made our agency feel like they were family, it was more than just doing business. It was more about making sure that myself and our agency were comfortable while doing there part, rather it was fixing a schedule, making sure the dashboard was clear and ready to submit for billing, as well as reaching out to our staff for any needs or concerns they may have while using the mobile application.

> **Cons**: What I like the least about GEOH is having to see people who I have worked so closely with, who I considered them as a confidant having to step into another role but within they made sure  the agency was taken care of and provided me with knowledgeable info and also set a meet and greet with who was now coming aboard.

> My overall experience with GEOH goes beyond measures, before I used this platform for our agency, I worked with other agencies and had learned quickly how to obtain everything within the application. It is a great experience to work along side some very amazing people and not just any people but ones you consider to be your family\!
