> **Pros**: Our 25,000 customer utility used Boss811 to replace a vintage home-built software solution that was expensive to maintain and impossible to upgrade.  Switching to a proven solution like Boss811 was a "no brainer" from a cost perspective.   What surprised us was the unanimous positive response from our field personnel.    The guys who locate our pipelines really appreciate the features and interface (using primarily cellphones) with this software.

> **Pros**: The automation of afterhours callout for emergency locates to our technicians.  Before Boss811 it was a manual process for our Outside Plant Superintendent. For 5 years, he performed the task of taking incoming calls from Indiana 811 call center for our emergency locates outside of our regular business hours, once we signed up with Boss811 and set up our routing rules our OSP Superintendent was able to gain part of his home life back.  The product works for us in ways we were not getting from our previous LMS.  Thank you Boss811\!

> **Cons**: So far, so haven't really had a bad experience with Boss811.  Very few people like change, so our technicians were not thrilled to go thru "another" software change.  However, the change for them, the transition wasn't difficult.  I really can't think of anything to say that I didn't enjoy or like.  If I had to name something, I would have to say just the set-up that you have to go through that is unique to your own organization, but honestly without going through that you will not be prepared to create routing rules in the future.  It is essential, Boss811 is simply empowering you for later.

This has been hands down the best software transition I have had an opportunity to be a part of.  Their Support Staff are extremely responsive and patient.
