> **Pros**: Omada does do a great job of working with the user to help them with their health goals.  I did end up with a new scale which was unexpected

> **Cons**: I feel like the site is a bit of a challenge to navigate.  There were times where I thought that I was in the right spot but I wasn't.

> Overall I think it is useful for those who need help with their health goals.  I happen to have knowledge and experience in that field that I wasn't too engaged other than for some health care rewards
