> **Pros**: The ability to mass-communicate via WhatsApp, the Geofence function was also useful in providing the ability to notify and communicate with staff who required details of incidents within a certain radius of their location.

> **Cons**: Some staff members had issues with the initial android download but the support in place soon provided the assistance required.

It would be beneficial for the user to have the ability to add own alerts that would also automatically send to the users. I know this has been discussed at the R\&D level.
