> **Cons**: i wish i had the software years ago . Once onboarded every bdc manager should personally call the President thank him.

> **Pros**: It is so multifaceted. Volie itself is such a great product for us, first allowing us to distribute our newsletters effectively and efficiently and in the future it will help with sales generation. The reporting is great and the data helps us constantly improve. Their fee structure makes perfect sense where nobody else does - we are charged for what we send, not just for having emails loaded into their system.  Their service is second to none.

> **Cons**: Honestly there isn't much. There are things specific to our business needs that they  don't always offer - like a specific report output but they're always willing to work with us to get those things created.
