> **Pros**: The app allows us to communicate non-conformances between each other quickly and easily.  The mobility allows us to snap a picture with our phone and document the issue without having the use of paper.  80/20 is easy to use, and allows for management to make quick dispositions of the non-conformances.

> **Cons**: I have yet to find a con of the 80/20 app.

> 80/20 allows for us to communicate issues quickly.  If there is a non-conformance we can quickly document it and management is able to close the issue quickly.  Since the reporting is now electronic it allows for quicker and easier documentation.

> **Pros**: Once we began using this software, the area's that needed improvement quickly became obvious. The data is collected and presented in a helpful way to find the issues we should have been paying attention to before. The application is straightforward and easy to use. The ability to lease hardware at an affordable price makes it easy to justify bringing tablets onto the floor without worrying about replacements if damaged.

> **Cons**: Being ISO certified, implementing this software while following existing procedure seems to be the most challenging aspect. We are new users, so we are currently still making the switch over.

> 80/20 has allowed us to track our Non-conformances in real time. It gave us a platform to easily visualize what is going on in our quality department and, more importantly, follow through with each case. At 80/20's price point, it just makes sense to use it as a resource.
