> **Pros**: Quando ho scoperto Quotadoo ho subito potuto apprezzare le sue funzioni. Che cosa ti permette di fare questo tool? 

1) Puoi creare un documento completo, composto da una lettera di presentazione, una scheda dettagliata dei prodotto/servizi offerti;
2) Puoi creare un catalogo di prodotti/servizi offerti dalla tua azienda, con tutte le specifiche, che potrai selezionare con un click, senza doverli digitare da zero ogni volta;
3) Puoi creare una anagrafe dei clienti;
4) Puoi configurare e personalizzare tutte le impostazioni di base: intestazione, logo, firma, periodo di validità, ecc…;
5) Puoi personalizzare il documento anche dal punto di vista grafico, generando un layout in linea con i tuoi gusti;
6) Puoi esportare i preventivi in .Pdf, archiviarli in Cloud o inviarli tramite email direttamente dal pannello, senza passare dalla tua casella.

Insomma, tutto quello che ti serve per realizzare preventivi ben strutturati, in poco tempo.

> **Pros**: Grazie a questo software adesso riusciamo a gestire i nostri preventivi molto più velocemente e sono anche graficamente più belli. un software particolare e davvero originale come idea.

> **Cons**: nessuno, il software è semplice e fa bene il suo dovere

> Prima per i preventivi usavamo il solito foglio stile excel, con perdite di tempo e continui calcoli, mentre adesso con questo software riusciamo a minimizzare i tempi per risparmiare denaro, e permettere al nostro personale di avere tempo da dedicare ad altro. Inoltre i preventivi sono più belli, in stile presentazione.
Inoltre il prezzo è davvero conveniente per il valore che ci dà questo programma.
