I also like that this platform integrates with our Salesforce CRM, making it easier for our team to engage with our customers and keep sentiment positive.

> **Cons**: Catalyst sometimes takes more than one business day to sync our information to-and-from the Salesforce CRM. Often our team is waiting for Catalyst updates to publish in our CRM tool, so data does not always match up from one system to another.
