### "Fantastic tool to obtain instant planning information and fast building approvals" — 5.0/5

> **Pros**: There is honestly nothing else on the market that compares to this software. It gives you site specific/project specific information regarding compliance with planning requirements and regulations instantly which you would normally have to pay someone to manually assess and wait for at least a few days if not weeks for a response to proceed to the building application stage. This software has increased my productivity and provided me with the ability to obtain building approval so much faster than i have previously received at such a low cost. 

On top of the softwares capability, the service provided is outstanding. I have looked across the market and even with many industry contacts i have not been able to find anyone that can match what this software offers or compete with the prices offered.

> **Cons**: It would be great to be able to use this software to locate underground services such as sewer locations, however i have been advised by the company that it is something they are currently working on so i look forward to using this feature.

> **Pros**: Canibuild is a simple and intuitive visualization aid that quickly assists the customer and I understand the position of the selected pool and its suitability compared against regulatory requirements. Combined with the simply pricing / quoting functions we can turnaround an accurate quote before leaving the customers home. Its a great sales tool adding value to my business\!

Once the deal is closed, Canibuild continues to add value with the automated production of architectural plans. With a click of a button we can have plans ready for submission to approving authorities. 

An exciting enhancement being currently trialed will allowing us submit the plans to approving authorities and order soil samples for classification with the click of a button. When complete this will greatly reduce our administrative processing delays.

> **Cons**: This product has a number of features that are not yet polished or fully functional. With that said, it’s a beta that is evolving quickly. As Canibuild increasing its automation and functionality, I'll be freed up to handle more inquiries and better service customers.

To be able to access information such as setback, contours, site information all within minutes and in front of a client is a game changer and such a time saver. Even to be able to order contours etc from the program just makes everything so much easier. You really don't need ay other program....

> **Cons**: We're excited to have all councils uploaded in to the system which will show DA setbacks as well as CDC setbacks.

> With staff at different learning levels can make things tricky at times however , 'Can I build' really is easy to use for all ages and learning abilities. 

We have been dealing with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and the customer service to date has been outstanding. They have considered what the industry is needing and delivered. Well done guys\!\! It is still only new to Kurmond Homes however it is a god send and we are excited to get our head around all of the features and use it to its fullest potential\!\!

> **Pros**: All of the information and tools I need to assess a property are in one place where i would previously have to visit three or four different websites.

> **Cons**: There are still a few bugs and the UI sometimes doesn't scale or fit well within different sized computer screens, but this is a minor issue that does not take away from the functionality of the product
