> **Pros**: Of course as all companies do there are systems in place to allow you to do your job more easily and efficiently. And, like many companies, there are usually a few areas that you wish could be improved upon to take it a step further. that is what Syncrofy has done for my role. It gives me visibility where I was missing it before and makes it easy to get that data and answer the "why's" that I was missing before.

There is so much information available that to drill down to what you are looking for can take a little bit of time and a little time to get used to. But the features are so helpful and user friendly that once you customize things the way you wan to see them, they give you consistent and reliable data every time.

> Syncrofy has gone above and beyond to assist and work through details and questions I have being a user of the software. The trainings are thorough and concise. And the support has been timely and positive every time. Syncrofy has been able to improve my overall performance by giving me data I was lacking before which has helped steer my priorities and focus where it needed to be all along.

> **Cons**: Would like the View Original Transaction function to be available from the Document List.  Right now, I have to open the individual document and then I get the More \> View Original Transaction option.

> **Pros**: With the new addition of being able to download a clean readable copy of the raw EDI PO the system is more usable for me. It makes collecting the information my custmer's need to review what and why things need to be paid a lot easier and faster. I am beginning to like the system.

> **Cons**: With the notifications, I get notified when an ASN is late. Only it doesn't mean the ASN was sent late but that the order was shipped late.
> 
> If a way to reflect true late ASN's could be found, this would be an amazing system.
