> **Pros**: I really like the feature to be able to create my own control framework to be able to follow up service providers. The product is very flexible and you decide where to start, either with the processes or the systems and information. In the end everything will come together to create a great view of your information assets from an information security perspective. Everyone should use it to contribute to the security health of the organisation.

> **Cons**: I tested it in an early state and guess a lot more features have been released since then.  But I think features such as searching and exporting data and maybe integration with other systems for issue tracking etc would be very beneficial.

> **Pros**: It's a comprehensive tool to map our processes, information objects and systems while providing visualization of it all, in a way that is easy to understand and collaborate around.
My favourite feature is probably the visualization of relationships with graphs, but lately also to way we can easily follow up on compliance and reporting.

> We have a complex environment that is hard to grasp. Before we started putting our information in ESM we simply didn't have a good overview and collaboration between departments was hard.
The system has given us a view of the larger cross departmental picture of the organization and made it easier to agree on issues, follow up on the state of our compliance work and get an overview of work to be done.
