Well, I took a look at a number of web-based calculators, and initially I picked another product for my client because I didn't spot InteractiveCalculator in my search. My client sent me a link and I thought, "¼ the price? It \*can't\* be any good. So I tried the free trial and built a pretty decent first draft. But it was lacking features. Foolishly, I thought I'd send an email to the company to see if they could help. Surprisingly, I got a response within half an hour...and a fix. This became a pattern: (1) Add Functionality, (2) Run Into Roadblock, (3) Email Company, (4) Immediate Response With Fix, (5) Repeat. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], provides the single best support experience I've ever had in my 38 years in the tech industry. Three months later, the Interactive Calculator has grown immensely in its capabilities. So has my project. It's done. We have a tool that accurately models my client's value propositions for their prospects.
