> **Pros**: When it worked, it was adequate for our needs.  We didn't have buffering or sound issues.  Was easy to set up

> **Cons**: Signed up for a 30 day free trial, but was charged instantly.   Only worked 7 of 10 weeks, even though we did the same process every week.  When we cancelled (because of merging with another church), they charged us for the month that started 4 days after our cancellation.  So essentially we paid for 2 months that we shouldn't have.  The customer service confirmed that we paid for an invoice that started after our cancellation, but would not refund the money.

> **Pros**: For us, there was a huge learning curve involved in getting up and running with livestreaming.  Churchstreaming.tv is pretty intuitive, they have some helpful training resources online, and also very responsive when you need personal help.   It also integrates nicely with other software products that we were already using.

> **Cons**: There are a lot of features and functionality that we don't use - and that it might be good to be able to hide or turn off.  And it took me a while to catch on to some of the terminology ("rotator" springs to mind\!).

> When the pandemic hit and things shut down for us, we went to pre-recorded video, which gave us a little time to figure out what our next steps would be.  When we re-opened for in-person worship a year later, we knew that we needed to look at livestreaming as an option, and it has literally become a new normal for us - even now, when we are in full operation again and have been for a while.  Our congregants got used to being able to tune in when they were ill, traveling, or just wanting a day in their jammies.  We've been able to livestream memorial services that were picked up in areas of the country when family members were unable to travel.  We've even attracted a few new people who found us first online, watched some of the livestreams and then decided to show up in person.  Livestreaming has been a real blessing, and the ease and affordability of churchstreaming.tv has made it possible.
