> **Pros**: Nothing, I find no redeeming quality in this system. This is a bottom of the barrel, worst of the worse of all EHR charting systems I've used.

> **Cons**: Can't see the all the patients in one single google map/day.&#10;Ghost schedules, visits are assigned by default to evaluating clinicians, falsely inflating your caseload. Why can't they be unassigned after an evaluation?

> I left a HH agency after the transition, and came back to them a year later. The system and processes have not improved. Will not recommend.

> **Pros**: 1) I like the way we can easily see the previous notes. 2) Contact information for other clinicians assigned to the case is clearly listed beside the body of information in the chart. 3) Editing notes is easy. 4) Communication about corrections is easy to see and coordinate.

> **Cons**: 1) It is easy to write a very poor note with this system. 2) DeVero's online training is terrible. Horrific. Lame. (Fortunately, its relatively easy to figure out and train for.) 3) It would be nice if we could have information move forward between notes. 4) It would be nice to be able to create drop-down goal templates because 5) the current pre-made goals are awful.
