Comments: The results we get by using Yarno is literally instant. It adds employee engagement and confidence across the board. We haven't needed to question if a front like worker is fully up to speed on our newest things
When it comes to employee training, it's easy to tune out and be disengaged just to wait until it's over. With Yarno, that simply isn't the case. Employees love using this software and we always get great reviews from the list of those who work within it for the projects we send it out on. It's very easy to use from the setting up side of things and also very easy for users to be brought up to speed on whichever topic we are sending it out for. It's given us complete confidence that the front line staff is up to speed on anything and everything we are launching.
Visual customization lacks. I wish there was more I could do in terms of the actual user experience of it. Making it much more visual a certain way to match the companies or add team member photos on the side, etc.

What you can expect from Yarno (based on my experience)
Revenue [Squared}'s niche lies in providing advice, services and products to Australia's advertising media to grow their revenues. An important part of our product/service range is R2 Micro-Learning. We use Yarno to deliver this. Clients find micro-learning is an innovative, ongoing, fully accountable way to keep their advertising sales teams learning - they love the fact that it's a novel, fast, and time effective way for people like theirs, working within lightening fast environments. to keep up things and stay ahead in times of massive change. Over time, Yarno's capacity to boost sales team skills, knowledge and productivity leads to solid revenue improvements for clients.
But Yarno isn't just suited to learning in sales environments or within media companies. Yarno will deliver value in any organisation where...
a) dealing with real and constant changes is a business imperative
b) working realities make training methods from the usual suspects less-than-optimal, and
c) it's important to keep learners always engaged and excited about what they're learning.
When it comes to delivering micro-learning, Yarno is one of the very few in this software class. Though their competitive landscape is hardly crowded, this has never diminished Yarno's full and relentless commitment to... a) being easy to use b) continuous product improvement, and c) unparalleled customer service. I don't think they even know the meaning of the word 'complacency'.
In all honesty, there is nothing to not like - not that I have encountered yet, anyway. And should I eventually run across something I get concerned about, I'm fully confident Yarno will be eager to listen and address any concern quickly.

Software is very easy to use and administrate to get effective training out to staff.
Features which are missing is being able to resend invitations for staff after campaign has started. Also change email addresses mid campaign

Double down on embedded learning
Comments: Yarno is an easy to use platform to augment any learnings. The level of fun that can be injected into this format is limitless. The Yarno support team is absolutely dedicated to the best outcomes for the company and for the individual learner. Yarno keeps the learning going long enough to embed more than the key pionts of any campaign. Overall, Yarno has enabled up to 70% better retention of learning and facilitated continued discussion among teams. This has lead to a cultural shift and mass upskilling of our team members. Bravo Yarno!
Being able to set the frequency of login and intensity of questions asked is key to shaping the level of the embed. Designing the relevant questions and appropriate answers mean that the style and "flavour" of the campaign can be consistent and impactful. The amount of information available to Learners in the discovery area is very beneficial. The emphasis on learning over accuracy is evident and great reminders are critical to knowledge retention. The 'team' responsibility highlighted by Yarno reinforces an "us" culture. The teams rally to support those who need it without prompting to do so. The Learner Dashboard facilitates this very well. Accumulation of Learner "Badges" creates fun and achievement. The reporting and navigation through data in Admin are very easy. Complete drill-down of Learners progress and aggregate Question responses is so helpful to shape communication and future workshops on the topics. The impact of the original workshop can be gauged by first response accuracy and allows for 'tweaking' content for future iterations. Weekly progress emails assist to support the process.
Some responses to email 'prompters' have a negative slant. Few people like to be told what needs to be done by an email! This has caused some consternation and also some non-participation. The root cause has usually been identified as Learners missing the effectiveness of this style of Learning. "It is not how we have done it in the past". Perhaps, when shaping the 'primer' questions this could be more constructively addressed.

The ability to engage with our geographically diverse workforce in a timely manner
Very little - a new way or working for us that has been received well by the majority of drivers - potentially a little more time for all users to complete primer questions at the conclusion of the campaigns
