> **Pros**: We liked the use of smart office and the integration with our outlook calendars and emails.
> 
> **Cons**: The way that is makes you type in each section and then save.  It seems like it takes a while to create a new record because of all of the fields that are separate and have to be entered separately.

> It helped us with a lot of things in our office but the time consuming report builder and entering of client data eventually convinced us to go a different direction.
