> **Pros**: None really.  This would be a great product if it didn't have so many bugs.

> **Cons**: The software is difficult to use and does things that are just weird.  Reports arrange information is seemingly random order-not by alpha, not by date-just random.
> 
> I helped select this product and recommended it.  I will never hear the end of it.  Tech Support is not knowledgeable about the product and doesn't know how to use it.  You can open a ticket for a problem and you never get a response.
